What Can You Purchase?

Ranks: Lifetime packages that unlock the commands, cosmetics, kits, bonuses, and other benefits shown in each package description.

Crate Keys: Single-use virtual keys that open the corresponding in-game crate and provide a randomized reward from its displayed reward pool.

Mesa Tokens: Premium virtual currency that can be spent on eligible in-game items, cosmetics, upgrades, and server features. Mesa Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchase Delivery

Packages are normally delivered automatically after your payment has been confirmed. Please ensure that you enter your Minecraft username correctly during checkout.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed while the server or payment system is processing your order. Please do not purchase the same package again. Contact our support team if your purchase has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Purchases provide digital and virtual in-game content. Once a package has been delivered or used, purchases are normally considered final. Refunds are not normally provided for accidental purchases, change of mind, entering an incorrect username, failure to read a package description, or loss of server access caused by violating Mesa's rules.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or the terms and policies of Tebex. Any approved refund must be handled through the proper Tebex support and payment process.

Please contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in purchased benefits being removed and the responsible account being suspended or permanently banned from the Mesa network and webstore.

Important Purchase Information

• All store products are virtual and only usable on the Mesa server.
• Virtual items and currencies cannot be exchanged for real-world money.
• Lifetime ranks remain active for the operational lifetime of the Mesa server, unless removed because of a rule violation, refund, or payment reversal.
